Commentaren en ervaringen luiden eenstemmig: Biodanza steekt een hart onder de riem, verbetert onze lichamelijke conditie en stimuleert onze levensvreugde. Via dansen in groep ontwikkelt Biodanza solidariteit, respect, zorg voor de anderen. Ze versterkt het zelfvertrouwen en nodigt uit om je leven in eigen handen te nemen.
